General Server Guidelines

Age Restriction

• Players must be 18 years or older.

Rule Updates

• Rules may be updated at any time.

• All staff decisions are final.

Microphone Requirements

• A working microphone is mandatory.

• Push-to-talk must be enabled.

• Ensure your microphone provides clear audio, free of disruptive background noise.

Enforcement

• Rule violations will result in corrective actions at staff discretion.

Roleplay Standards

General Behavior

• Follow basic courtesy and common sense.

• Avoid random deathmatch (RDM) or vehicle deathmatch (VDM).

• Create unique, believable characters and maintain immersion.

• Breaking immersion negatively impacts the roleplay experience.

Terminology

• Out of Character (OOC): Communication or actions outside of roleplay.

• Powergaming: Unrealistic or unfair actions to gain an advantage.

• RDM: Killing another player without proper roleplay justification.

• VDM: Using a vehicle to kill another player without a valid reason.

• Fail RP: Actions that do not adhere to roleplay standards (e.g., not fearing for your life).

• Metagaming: Using out-of-character knowledge in-character.

• Combat Logging: Disconnecting to avoid roleplay or consequences.

Community Rules

Stay in Character

• Avoid referencing OOC concepts like Discord or reports. (Unless in Staff Permitted Green Zone - Cyber Cafe)

• Treat each character as distinct; do not mention your other characters.

No Toxic Behavior

• Harassment, bullying, or derogatory language is prohibited.

• Do not escalate conflicts unrealistically or take them personally.

Respect Twitch ToS

• All roleplay must comply with Twitch’s Terms of Service and Rules of Conduct.

Harassment and Consent

• Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited.

• Explicit content requires mutual consent.

General Guidelines

• Exploits: Using bugs or glitches will result in a permanent ban with no appeal.

• Job Vehicles: Use only vehicles designated for your job tasks.

• Roleplay Scenes: Avoid disrupting active scenes unless appropriate.

• Restricted Equipment: Proper justification is required for helicopters, planes, and body armor.

• Third-Party Tools: Tools providing unfair advantages are prohibited.

Specialized Roles

Law Enforcement

• Follow realistic roleplay guidelines and standard operating procedures.

• Vehicle limits:

• Standard Chase: 3 police vehicles.

• Bank Heists: Up to 4 police units.

• Gang Wars: Typically capped at 6 units.

Firefighters

• Prioritize safety and realism in emergencies.

• Wait for police to secure unsafe scenes before entering.

EMS

• Medical staff guide treatment roleplay; their decisions are final.

Gangs

• Gang leaders are responsible for enforcing internal rules.

• Maintain character consistency and realism.

Court and Legal Proceedings

• Focus on storytelling rather than strict legal realism.

• Monetary claims have caps to align with the server’s economy:

• Personal Injury: $1,000,000 max.

• Property Damage: Vehicle: $500,000 max; Other: $1,000,000 max.

• Emotional Distress: $250,000 max unless approved by staff.

Warning & Ban System

• First Strike – Warning

• Minor rule violations (e.g., mild metagaming or misunderstandings).

• Outcome: Verbal warning and corrective action.

• Second Strike – Temporary Ban

• Repeated minor violations or moderate offenses (e.g., trolling).

• Outcome: Temporary ban (24 hours to 1 week) and final warning.

• Third Strike – Permanent Ban

• Severe or repeated violations (e.g., major exploits, harassment).

• Outcome: Permanent ban with possible appeal.

Appeal Process

• Submit appeals with a detailed explanation and evidence to server staff.

• Staff decisions are final.
